These Terms of Use govern your use of SeekViews and participation in the SeekViews pilot.
SeekViews is an early-stage platform designed to help underseen websites, apps, tools, publications, communities, and other projects reach relevant people through private matching and voluntary attention.
You may use SeekViews only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, project creators, Discoverers, third parties, or the operation of the platform.
People participating in the discovery side of SeekViews may be referred to as Discoverers or, internally during the pilot, Scouts.
SeekViews may change, pause, limit, test, or discontinue parts of the pilot as the product evolves.
If you submit a project, you confirm that you have the right to submit the project URL and provide the information included in the submission.
SeekViews may ask creators to provide both a factual description of what they made and an honest explanation of what makes the project worth a look.
Project descriptions and “What makes it worth a look?” statements must not intentionally misrepresent the project, make deceptive claims, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate Discoverers.
SeekViews may reject, pause, or remove submissions that are broken, deceptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, spam-like, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable for the pilot.
SeekViews provides an opportunity for relevant people to discover a project. It does not guarantee clicks, visitors, customers, sales, funding, rankings, publicity, or any other specific outcome.
Discoverers choose voluntarily whether to Visit, Skip, Save, or react to a project.
When SeekViews reports that someone chose the Visit link, this means that the person selected the Visit action inside SeekViews. SeekViews does not verify what the person did after the external website opened.
The SeekViews pilot is designed so that a project’s initial opportunity is not determined by follower count, social reputation, paid ranking, bots, or view-for-view exchanges.
Matching and distribution methods may change as SeekViews learns from the pilot.
Paying for promotion does not currently determine who receives a first opportunity through SeekViews.
SeekViews does not guarantee that every submitted project will be matched, shown, expanded to additional people, or shown with the same frequency as another project.
Discoverers are free to Visit, Skip, Save, or take no further action on any project shown to them.
Discoverers are not required to provide feedback, promote creators, contact creators, participate in reciprocal viewing, or take any action after receiving a project.
Saving a project, reacting to it, or providing written feedback is voluntary.
SeekViews may use a Discoverer’s stated interests and voluntary interactions inside SeekViews to improve matching during the pilot.
Feedback should relate to the project or the Discoverer’s experience with it.
SeekViews may remove feedback that contains abuse, threats, harassment, spam, illegal content, personal information, or other clearly inappropriate material.
Written feedback may be shown to creators without revealing the Discoverer’s identity.
Creators do not have a right to identify, obtain the contact information of, or directly contact Discoverers through the SeekViews pilot.
Projects shown through SeekViews are hosted on external websites that are not controlled by SeekViews.
SeekViews is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, products, services, claims, or actions of external websites.
Visiting an external project is your own choice, and you should use normal caution when visiting any third-party website.
SeekViews records the choice to open a Visit link but does not track or verify what happens after you leave SeekViews for the external website.
Project creators retain ownership of their own projects, brands, content, and intellectual property.
By submitting a project to SeekViews, you give SeekViews permission to display the project information you provide for the purpose of reviewing the submission, operating the pilot, matching the project, presenting it to relevant Discoverers, and providing project-level results.
You should not submit content, trademarks, materials, or information that you do not have the right to use or provide.
SeekViews is currently a pilot and may contain bugs, incomplete features, interruptions, experimental behavior, or inaccurate results.
Features, matching rules, limits, terminology, project eligibility, and availability may change as the platform develops.
SeekViews does not promise a fixed schedule for project distribution or discovery batches.
SeekViews may restrict, suspend, pause, or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, protect other participants, or comply with legal requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeekViews is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SeekViews does not make guarantees about the performance, reliability, commercial value, accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or success of projects shown through the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, SeekViews will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform or from interactions with third-party websites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms may be updated as SeekViews develops.
Material changes will be reflected on this page by updating the date above.
