These Terms of Use govern your use of SeekViews and participation in the SeekViews pilot.
SeekViews is an early-stage platform designed to help underseen websites, apps, tools, publications, communities, and other projects reach relevant people through private matching and voluntary attention.
You may use SeekViews only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, project creators, Scouts, third parties, or the operation of the platform.
SeekViews may change, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the pilot as the product evolves.
If you submit a project, you confirm that you have the right to submit the project URL and provide the information included in the submission.
Project descriptions should be factual and should not intentionally misrepresent what the project does.
SeekViews may reject or remove submissions that are broken, deceptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, spam-like, or otherwise unsuitable for the pilot.
SeekViews provides an opportunity for relevant people to discover a project. It does not guarantee clicks, visitors, customers, sales, funding, rankings, publicity, or any other specific outcome.
Scouts choose voluntarily whether to visit, skip, save, or react to a project.
The SeekViews pilot is designed so that a project’s initial opportunity is not determined by follower count, social reputation, paid ranking, bots, or view-for-view exchanges.
Matching and distribution methods may change as SeekViews learns from the pilot, but paying for promotion does not currently determine who receives a first opportunity.
Scouts are free to visit or skip any project shown to them.
Scouts are not required to provide feedback, promote creators, contact creators, or participate in reciprocal viewing.
Reactions and written feedback are optional and may be provided anonymously to creators.
Feedback should relate to the project or the Scout’s experience with it.
SeekViews may remove feedback that contains abuse, threats, harassment, spam, illegal content, or other clearly inappropriate material.
Creators do not have a right to identify or directly contact Scouts through the SeekViews pilot.
Projects shown through SeekViews are hosted on external websites that are not controlled by SeekViews.
SeekViews is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, products, services, or actions of external websites.
Visiting an external project is your own choice, and you should use normal caution when visiting any third-party website.
Project creators retain ownership of their own projects, brands, content, and intellectual property.
By submitting a project to SeekViews, you give SeekViews permission to display the information you provide for the purpose of operating the pilot and presenting the project to relevant Scouts.
You should not submit content or materials that you do not have the right to use.
SeekViews is currently a pilot and may contain bugs, incomplete features, interruptions, or experimental behavior.
Features, matching rules, limits, terminology, and availability may change without notice as the platform develops.
SeekViews may restrict, suspend, or remove access where necessary to protect the platform, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with legal requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeekViews is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
SeekViews does not make guarantees about the performance, reliability, commercial value, accuracy, safety, or success of projects shown through the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, SeekViews will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform or from interactions with third-party websites.

These Terms may be updated as SeekViews develops.
